Refunds and exchanges: The Book Nook will accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, unused, unopened, undamaged, and must include the original receipt.
Shipping: We ship within the United States only. Our default shipping method is USPS media mail, which can take between 2 and 10 days (longer during the peak holiday season) to reach its destination. We do send email confirmation (which has tracking information) when packages are shipped.
Gift Cards: We do offer gift cards! We will not accept receipts with gift card balances. We need the physical card to complete the transaction. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you lose the gift card, we can not find you in the system.
Hold Policy: Books and special orders will be held for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, unclaimed holds will be released, either back to the publisher or on our shelves.
